I'm 18 months post Ischemic stroke affecting my right side. I've been walking and exercising a lot ever since and I am quite stroke, doing 80 pushups , 80 Crunches, 60 jumping jacks and other exercises, but my muscles just get tighter and tighter no matter how much I work out. Is it possible to continue to keep getting worse and worse regardless of effort?

I’m going through the same challenges. I was wondering was l over working myself or is the tightness a part of healing. I started looking into natural supplements for muscle relaxers. I’m going to try it in addition to my Excercises

@@JesseJDogBoartfield l agree 100% and definitely understand. I feel I’m pretty much left to fend for myself; so I just continue to do my own research and try not to get frustrated.
