Strolling the RIVERWALK in Laughlin Nevada along the Colorado River

The Riverwalk in Laughlin Nevada extends three miles along the Colorado River. We walked the portion from the Edgewater Casino, past the Aquarius Casino and to the Riverside Casino, but you can walk along the Colorado River all the way to Davis Dam. The Riverwalk in Laughlin winds and weaves its way along the hotel corridor with beautiful views of the Colorado River. Visitors can access casinos, restaurants, and water taxis from the Riverwalk.
Laughlin Nevada is an unincorporated resort town in the far southern corner of Nevada on the Colorado River. While not as glitzy and glamourous as its famous neighbor to the north, if you are looking for a bit of nostalgia and a quiet alternative to Las Vegas, it is a great stop. As of the 2020 census, the population of Laughlin Nevada was 8,658.
The Colorado River is the border between Nevada and Arizona. Bullhead City Arizona sits on the Colorado River directly across from Laughlin Nevada. Bullhead City is larger than Laughlin, with a population of 41,348 in 2020.

The Riverwalk in Laughlin, Nevada looks lovely. We have visited Las Vegas a couple of times but never Laughlin. It seems much more laid back than Las Vegas - with some great views of nature across from all the Casinos along the Riverwalk. I like the vibe. Thanks for sharing this walk with us!

Liked #87, The river walk is great with not much people in it. Have it all yourself !! The river does look half dried up of the low tide. Amazing how resort and casino is what draws into this place when it should be nature, in my opinion. Bell Resort side is quite cool, tou almost have an episode of the Walking Dead episode, haha. Becuase of sort of run down look compare to the brand spanking new look on the other casino area. Enjoy your adventures!! Take care 😎 👍

Thanks. This is in Laughlin, which is about an hour and thirty minutes south of Las Vegas, right on the Colorado River.

Hi Anita think this is the same river we got married next to in the Grand Canyon lovely seeing it in this area what a lovely walk and the ducks enjoying it looks a nice place to stay too thanks for taking us along and showing us have a super week 👍❤️

I didn't know that you got married by the Grand Canyon. Yes the Colorado River runs through Grand Canyon and this is also the Colorado River, but further south in Arizona. Of course it is much calmer here, as dams upstream control the flow. I hope you both have a great week!
