Worst massage ever! Zero technique with zero application to physiology in anyway.. literally a man just half heartedly rubbing another man…. What is this even supposed to be.?? Chinese chi or qi runs through meridian points and channels throughout the body. None of traditional Chinese medical practices were even observed! I’m at a loss.. rubbing an area just increases blood flow. Coupled with the whispered tones.. closer to conman than anything that can even be considered beneficial

I see posts criticizing his unorthodox method but it's efftectivee, he's going in all the areas to fix it any stiffness and soreness, this is what needs to be done! Also: just breathe.
