its so unenjoyable that nowadays for the sake of money games get produced way to fast and last in the state of beta or wont even get close to the old games. Stronghold, Stronghold Crusader, Warcraft 3, Diablo 2, World of Warcraft, Baldurs Gate, Command and Conquer and much more. Such nice games in my/our childhood.

Just to note: original Stronghold soundtrack was stored not as MIDI, but as uncompressed RAW files; songs were composed by Robert L. Euvino and played by Mattew Fink and Lydia Pidlusky (vocals).

This is just the right line between sounding almost like the original, but with its own touch, I feel sometimes people overdo it in covers with stylization, but this was done perfectly

I never really get to enjoy this music in game...because the enemy players seem to hate the song and whenever it plays, they decide to attack... SO GLAD I get to hear this classic.

Oh wow all those memories flooding back. Taking down the Rat, tricking the Snake, repeatedly failing at sieging the Pigs castle (in both missions), and then launching livestock at the Wolfs keep.... 10/10 would do it all again ❤

I lived part of my life in medieval England, and when that kind of music was playing, I was an archer and drinking fresh cider in a tavern. The next day I was fighting vs "Rat" troops. "Archers Ready !"

В детстве, в 2002 года, у меня ещё не было компьютера - я пришёл к другу в гости, и он запустил там Stronghold. Я влюбился тогда в эту игру, и серез год, когда мне купили компьютер, одной из первых стратегий осваивал её. Ещё были четвертве и третьи HoMM. Тут на канале частичка моего прошлого, ностальгия.
