I feel Jesus peace in my life when I listen to Elvis sing gospel songs. He is anointed by God with a great voice when he sings gospel song 🎵

Elvis was in awe of The Jordanaires, and especially JD Sumner (the one singing bass). In concert footage, you can see Elvis' quick smile and gentle shake of his head whenever JD would go deep. He knew how lucky he was to be living his dream, and he commented several times that he wondered how and when it would end....

Great choice! One of the things I love about seeing Elvis back stage is that you really get a sense of the person he was. The great James Brown said that he would go to Graceland & him & Elvis would sing gospel songs together for hours. When you grow up in a church singing gospel songs, they become a part of you & always bring you joy. It's obvious that they did Elvis and through him it does others even those who aren't necessarily religious. Thank you for another great Elvis reaction; feel better soon.

This is my favorite way to see Elvis. I imagine him at Graceland doing the same thing. Have you heard the 1966 Rocca Pl. home recordings?

JD Sumner, the Bass singer, can get very, very low. Elvis squeezed his head because he had told JD that he wished he could sing that low. They admired each other greatly.
