Thanks! I used Easel a while back but I don't remember if you can or not. I would think you could since so many people love Easel. I think I remember reading that Easel won't work with my Masso controller.

Where did you get the PVC with the wood grain finish?

Home Depot. It’s smooth on one side and wood grain texture on the other side. $40 for a 1/2 inch thick, 24x48 sheet, white only.

Did you paint the PVC black before the carve?

Yes. I clean the PVC with simple green first to remove any oily residue. Let it air dry and spray paint it with this: amzn.to/4dEYMV9

What size spindle did you get, 65mm or 80mm?

80mm. It’s a 2.2kw (3 hp) water cooled spindle from PwnCNC. It runs on single phase 220v. I have a small discount code link in the description.

Try running the bit in the reverse order. Start with the Vbit then run the 1/16 and so on. You might find that most of the fuzzies will be cleared away by the clearing tool path.

@@joedilaura2560 I’ll have to figure that out since vcarve pro puts the bits in that order, but maybe I could create separate files for each tool path.

@@TerrapinCreations666 After the tool paths are generated you can highlight one by clicking on it. Then there are blue up down arrows just above the list of tool paths. You can reorder the tool paths in any order you want. Then when you save the tool paths they will save in the new order.
