I can do the first one...the other three are a no go. I cant grab my foot in that position and it makes my knees hurt a lot

Those are all great progressions but at 57, my terminal knee flexion is very uncomfortable and borderline painful in both knees. Even the first one, but I'll keep working that one, and then go to rear foot elevated Quad stretch. But the last couple are impossible right now, lol.😂😢😮😂

Im 6 feet tall i do this kind of stuff once a day to help relax since our weight goes to our legs but do short people suffer from this too? I imagine short and overweight but what about short and fit?

yeah definitely! Tight quads is a big issue for many people regardless of height!
