Thank you so much for this video. I’ve found these marks on what I thought was a nice flower/leaf once it had dried, it’s great to know how to try to avoid it.😁😁

very helpful. I watch this over and over as a reminder. Conceptually, I get it. In practice is another thing. I feel like I have to do one petal or leave at a time. If I do the entire flower or all the leaves by the time I go back to add another dab of color, I'm all messed up. Still new at this, so I'm sure with practice it will come..but tired on all the blooms :)

Thank you for this video: I have been developing a "special" style with white pen that I use to draw over the hard edges 😞 In the end, you're right, it's about patience and taking the time to experiment and notice because like you say all papers will react differently even if they are 100% cotton.

I absolutely love your videos. I do have a question about where you're actually from. I've heard you mention Canada as where you live. But you've also said Y'all several times. That is a distinctly Deep South term. I have a daughter in law that is from Iowa and she doesn't even use that word.

Thank 😊 you Emma!!! As a beginner, I haven't been painting much so everything seems new... I don't remember how I made some art... 2 steps forward 3 steps back... I also will start using better paper... which is all new to me. Love ❤️ from a California Gramma ❤️
