Hey! So the st.mp after the overhead is a link. You just have to find the right timing for it. So after you fully recover from the animation of the overhead is when you want to hit st.mp

Hmm so you have to have three of the stored mechanic to do this combo. You get the stores by doing qcb and a kick button. Once the yinyang by the health bar says 3 youre good to go! As far as the timing goes you have to do the qcf kicks pretty quick one after another. While the animation for the first move is happening input the qcf motion and when it hits press the kick button to finish the special attack!

Yea im guessing you are inputting the super too slow. You have to do it really fast. Pretty much on the first hit of the light dp.

@@Haldeon Yup, you're right. I literally spent over one hour just doing the string MP into LDP into Level 3 and the muscle memory kicked in. Man, learning fighting games is really tough. But once it clicks, it's really awesome.

I’m having the same problem. Can’t seem to input the super fast enough after light dp. I was practicing going right from light dp into super and have yet to get it. Does doing standing mp into light dp make a difference or should I be able to do it either way?

​@@nicknatoli3816 forward MP into DP helped me a lot because it gave my brain more time to prepare for the super. I just tried it out without and it feels a lot harder to pull off for me. The most important thing for me was to realize, there is no downtime between DP and Level 3. You have to finish the motion of the super until the first hit of the DP connects. And in my tries that was between 5 and 8 frames after entering the DP movement.

Linking is all about timing. So don't mash the buttons as fast as you can. Think of it like a rhythm game and see what timing works best!

you don't need to press the directional buttons all three times, just do the first combo with the weak kick and then press medium and strong in sequence

A cancelling move is a move (Either normal button or special) that are cancellable into something else. Basically every Light and Medium button for almost every character is cancellable into something. It means that you cancel the "recover" animation for that button on hit or block and instantly do the command you input right after. Juri is pretty hard because almost every buttons of her are cancellable, even F button (FP and FK) on hit or block. For instance: you are in neutral. You spammed some FP to prevent your opponent for dashing at you and you catch them and got the hit. The opponent now knows that you use that move and do nothing after, so he walks at you and after blocking your FP he press buttons. You, in this scenario, can FP > Store Fuha for instance, so after the opponent blocks your FP you can cancel it (avoiding the reset animation after the hit) into store and have the counter on opponent mashing after the block. Juri, furthermore, has a lot of "special cancellable". This means that, for instance, his QCF LK EX (The EX projectile she has, with QCF LK+MK) is cancellable into other special, like F DP or super. DP itself can be cancelled into supers. She is pretty hard for a beginner I would say. Definitely fun, but I suggest you to play some Ryu-Luke-Marisa first. They are pretty "standard" and doesn't require much knowledge of the mechanics and have standard cancellable buttons and moves. With Juri you have to know what to do and when to do it, so I suggest to practice a lot with her in the lobby if you want to play her, but play other characters online or look for mirrors to understand what they are doing. I'm a Juri main in SF6, maining her since the 4 and have some practice. Don't give up and keep practicing and aknowledgeing what you're doing. You'll improve a lot. P.S.: Cancellable moves is a standard existing in almost every fighting game you can play today. You find it in Guilty Gear, MK and much more.

Hey its just a height thing thats hard to time. You can't do it too fast or too slow but once you figure it out you'll get it consistently.

@@PiFsc2 yea so if you hit the mp too high in your jump and cancel into divekick the dummy will block. If you do the mo too low you will not be able to cancel. You have to hit it at just the right height so you can cancel the divekick from the mo and it will combo. Pause the video before i do the combo and then go frame by frame to see how high i am when i cancel. That might help. I hope you get it!

Ahh yes! So the dragon punch is a cancel from cr.hp. you have to input the dp motion (forward, down, down forward) while the crouching heavy punch is hitting. DP also has a shortcut input. Its df df then whatever button so try that too!

Ohh yea for that combo you have to divekick at just the right height. To high up and he will block. Too low and the divekick won't come out.

Hey so its just looking for you to cancel out of the jump mp. So jump mp and as soon as it hits, do the qcb kicks and then mash kicks for the rest of the combo to come out!

Yes! This one took me a long time to figure out. After the ex divekick you have to slightly delay oressing the kick button again for the followup attacks. That way ryu will fly higher in the air and you will be able to juggle the cr.hp. Hope this helps!

Ohh i got you. So after you do the cr.hp hold up forward to launch yourelf into the air. From there the rest of the moves are just like a target combo while you are in the air.

@@desperadosgaming1973 umfortunately not. What allows the air juggle to work is the lvl 2 super.

After you charge up her kicks do the first slide forward input for the light kick then just hit the medium kick followed by the heavy kick. No need for the directional inputs.

Hey you have to delay the follow up kick input after the divekick to get ryu to float higher and get the dr cr.hp to hit. This is by far the hardest combo trial

Nah you have to delay the followup kicks so Ryu flies just a bit higher. You will get it!

Hey you are most definitely not stupid! Especially if you sub to my channel ;) Nah jk, you have to time the dp at the end at just the right moment. If you are a beginner I would practice the DP motion a bit and then give the whole combo a shot :) Hope this helps!

Hey man, thats unfortunate to hear. Everyone learns at their own pace in fighting games and I guarantee if you dont give up and keep trying you can meet your personal goals. The bottom line is, if youre not having fun with the game, you should probably just step away and not play it. That being said, overcoming and finally succeeding at something you work hard to achieve is an outstanding feeling and youre going to miss out on that if you give up.

I'm now GOLD when I never thought to make it pass 4 star silver. Yeah I know baby steps, but the way my mind works , I need to master 1st Dan before rushing higher.
