Stryper helped pave the way for my faith in Christ and inspire the gift of music that God gave me to praise Him with years later when I surrendered to Him in 2009. My best friend gave me their cassette tape, "Soldiers Under Command" just after they released the album. His brother who was into hard living didn't want it and I gave it a listen. At the time I didn't know what they were about and WHO it was they were singing about and WHO they were singing to, because ballads were about going out and breaking up during that time of a variety of music which influenced life. I believe the Lord put that tape of beautiful praise and worship music into my hands, ears and planted the seed of His love into my heart for the future to have an eternal relationship with Him! Praise God for offering that wonderful friendship and showing how much worth He places on us! I had to write this testimony to share! Repent, be saved and have an eternal relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ! Be blessed!

Camera work is astounding...right on Q with who’s playing/singing...zooms in on fretboard. Michael is a master guitarist/composer. I seen them in 86 TNT opened the show. Was a killer concert.

우리나라 공연 역사상 첫 해외 메탈밴드 공연이 스트라이퍼공연이였다고 하는대..여전히 노래 잘하시네요 예전의 고음은 없지만..

드디어 스트라이퍼공연 풀영상이 올라왔군요 스트라이퍼를 보기위해 부산에서 전주까지 달려갔습니다....89년도에 부산에서 서울까지 가서 보고온후로 딱 30년만에 그들의 공연을 봤어요...맨앞에 펜스잡고 보기위해 국카스텐의 공연이 끝나자마자....알마낙공연은 포기하고 펜스잡고 한시간을 기다려서....앞에서 목이 터져라 외치면서 봤네요

Aunt gave me Soldiers record in 1988ish. Makes Me Wanna Sing blew me away. Lyrics about Jesus. Got saved a few years later. Never forgot what my aunt Bonnie did for me. Praise The Lord. Believe on Him alone!

89년 공연. 첫곡 in god we trust 나올때 사고났죠. 뒤에서 관객들이 앞으로 밀고나오면서 공연이 잠시 중단됐죠. 그때 고 김광한 dj가 무대 올라서서 장내정리하느라고....기억나네요

코로나직전에 레전드공연이네요 음역대도 변해버려서 신곡들 위주로 하고 싶을텐데도 팬들을 위해 예전 히트곡위주로 감동 ㅠㅠ

Great show! So glad to see they're still going strong. Saw them live in 1990 at Toronto (Rock n Roll Heaven) on release of Against The Law album. They had Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford with them as a special guest, whom I met in the club that evening before the show (I was floored). I also met all of the band members and got their autographs. The show was incredible! At the end of the show they played On Fire (Van Halen), then introduced Rob Halford and played Breaking The Law, with Halford on vocals of course. I will never forget that night or that experience. Thought I'd share the memory. Peace!

마이클 스윗 형님은 지금도 전성기 기량에 거의 근접하네 물론 나이가 있으시니 전성기랑 비교가 불가하지만 저 기량 유지하는것도 대단한듯

STRYPER should be playing on stages like this forever. 1 of the best rock bands in history. Michael Sweet is a genius and a legend. He's written so many badass song it's unbelievable. And he's gotta be the best singer that plays guitar to ever walk Earth. And the newest album could possibly be their best ever. And that's saying something. And how is Michael's guitar tone even better live? Can't wait for the next STRYPER album. And Michael's next solo record. 10TEN is awesome. These guys really deserve to be on huge stages and tours. And Oz, well what can you say. A complete BADASS with some of the best vocals ever.

To be honest!!! I wish he would stop making solo albums. It hurts the musical progression of Stryper. it showed on that dismal GD dam evil record. I would pay him to stop making mediocre solo records. If Sweet spent a 100% of his time on Stryper, they would be the most popular band in the World. They should of been the next "Queen"

Not just still alive and kicking, they have a new album coming out September 4th.

Technically they didnt "just disappear". Michael left the band for a solo career in 91-92 and the band tried to carry on without him with Oz Fox taking over the vocals. That didnt work and a year later they broke up.

@@Bradgilliswhammyman Well, Oz can sing, he does all the back-ups. The band failed because it was failing for the previous 3 years. They were over producing and then changed record labels and tried going in a direction that Micheal didnt like...or the fans

!!! Stryper fan since I was a kid in the early 80’s... I have to say, on this recording, you can really hear the Bass line, and I love it! Really brings out the engine in the sound. Please guys... in the future, lets get that Bass up toward the front!! Very awesome sound!

Saw them 2 months ago in Bogotá, they blew everybody away, the whole crowd went nuts with them, one of the best 2 nights of my life , a gift I will always appreciate. Thank you Stryper for the powerful and great gift you give us. Love you guys!

This is probably one of the best concerts that I’ve seen by Stryper in a long time, knowing that they have gotten older as those of us who are over 50 know that things are not the same as when we were younger. They put on a great show here for the South Korean crowd! Bravo 👏🏽!

Camera man had a 50/50 chance of getting the right guitarist who was soloing. Missed most of the time. Great getting a close up of power chords during a solo.

It's a trip listening to Stryper perform "Crazy Train." A Christian metal band, performing a song, written by an artist, who was, at the time, considered a "devil worshiper." How times have changed.
