I've always loved Stryper. They are so beyond talented, but so overlooked. Maybe because of the subject matter of which they sing? Phenomenal vocals, musicianship etc. You should check out "More than a Man". I think you'll love it! Rock on Sistah 🤘 😎

Nice reaction❗️ I´m Japanese and not even a Christian but their music grabbed my heart decades ago.😊 I went to their concerts 5 times and never been disappointed.👍️ I hope this Covid19 turmoil ends soon so that they will throw another great show here in Japan🎉

I always loved that guitar solo and what is really funny is that Oz Fox said that he went back to take guitar lessons after the 4th album, and this was the second album.

Stryper seems to be the one Christian rock group that you like to react to. But there are many great Christian pop and rock singers and groups. Like Petra, The Newboys, Michael W Smith, Amy Grant and many more.

rubbish...dont get carried away. Those groups and singers are a level or 5 below where stryper went to and still is. Strper is revered...the others simply followed

This is a great song. Most of their songs are written by Michael however this one was written by their other lead guitarist, Oz Fix. If you love the final note on this one you need to hear "Makes Me Wanna Sing" from the Soldiers Under command record.

What a great way to start a Sunday Morning! My first time visiting your channel. Have you seen Stryper has a new album as of December "The final Battle" They have not lost their edge. In fact, I would say after all these years Stryper has improved....check out the opening note for the song Transgressor

Seen this tour in early 1987 at Clowes Memorial Hall on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis ...the band Hurricane was the opening act and i was 16 at the time...great show

Thank you for this! My husband's favourite group. Saw them 2 years ago here in Australia Christian rock/metal at it's best. Michael Sweet, the lead singer, was a part of Boston the band for awhile. I know you did Boston recently. Michael's brother, Robert on the drums. Tim Gaines, bass and Oz Fox, lead guitar.

I used to get a lot of ribbing because I listened to Stryper. They are an excellent band, but people don't like to admit they enjoy the subject matter. I am an Ordained Deacon but still like my "Metal" this fills my Metal and Spiritual likes

Fun fact for you..m Kenny Metcalf, who was in the band in 85-86 is an Elton John tribute singer! You've got to look him up. Elton John The Early Years. It's amazing how much he sounds like him!!!
