From a doctors perspective, each low vision patient of 40% will have different quality of vision. It’s not the same for everybody. Some people can drive in the morning due to less ghosting , halos and glare formations when compared to night driving. So, driving license for genuine low vision candidates must be regulated and not denied completely. Unless their driving may cause danger to passersby. Currently, the licensing authority has the discretion to revoke a license due to any disability or disease only if it deems the candidate is unfit for driving and may cause danger to the public - section 16 Motor vehicle act 1988. Hope justice prevails. Thank you

Her age is stuck during covid period so in 2023 she mentioned 1 year older than what she mentioned in 2020.... she is not supposed to say anything she will submit the response to the committee 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 she also have polio in both legs and she lost vision of both the eyes... In 2020 wgen she applied for UPSC it was summer so the name was different from when she applied in 2023 winter... name changes with season😂😂😂😂😂
