Sounds like the two pre-meditated the attack. Misdemeanor battery? This was criminal intent to do bodily harm or worse.

Why are both students not being charged for the same crime? Every hit cause that child to be in the hospital. Praying that everyone heals from this and is able to continue on their Journey life and freedom.

Seams they should cancel teaching Gender classes and Other PC classes and teach coping with things and respect classes and prayer allowed

They um... They don't teach those. They do however teach the second part of what you said, and I know students who are allowed to take time out of their day to pray if they are religious. Do you just say random things? Kind of embarrassing 😬
