At first, I thought it would be a mockery of the US Higher Education system. As this goes on, I see it is simply a faithful representation of the US Higher Education system. 11/10, god I hate the US Higher Education system. Disclosure: I am employed by a large, private R1 University; my opinions do no represent those of my employer, and if I was positively identified in conjunction with these opinions, they could legally have me killed (I think?).

Hey man, for you university/industry/park/airport type districts that level up: Keep a spot of the original zone they leveled up in. Then extend that zone with a thin line to the new area you want to move to. then use that zone to create the zone for the new area. You can even have the same "zone" in multiple areas by doing this and then deleting the little trail you made between the zones. So all your similar zones across the map can all benefit each other.

This is how I ensure university coverage is everywhere too. Just add a club in niche spots that are part of larger campuses.

There is an easy way to double your income from commercial zones. You just have to enable small business benefactor and big business benefactor from the policies panel.

If you cluster the sports together, it makes it easier to re-draw university zones to use the same sports complex to upgrade each of your university types (to get those different schools and the money-saving benefits of each).

Yo bro you should put in some more commercial zones in the extra spots in your university. It may increase attractiveness as well as profitability. Also don’t forget the football stadium, that’ll definitely increase profitability.
