Yess it’s such a lovely way to start the day too - you feel like you’re getting all the nutrients and energy 💜 I hope you had a lovely weekend and 21 secret chow points this week! I was so proud of my spice tolerance increasing whilst I was out travelling but then I went and ruined it all and set myself back right to the start sadly haha 🥰😆

Thanks for sharing Mei, how was the duck? I thought I heard you say 20mins in the oven? I think that's a little too long usually a sear and 8-10 @ 180celcius for the perfect duck and 5min rest. Enjoy 😉✌ plus you can freeze brazilnuts and eat straight out of freezer. Anyway enjoyed your video keep them coming 🖖

I love duck so much!! It was actually super nice - I just followed the package instructions but I shall try your method next time and see if it needs any longer. I also didn’t know that about Brazil nuts so thank you! I’ve being going through them at break neck speed 😂 I’m glad you enjoyed the video and have a great week!

Yess lidl and Aldi are the best! The majority of my weekly shops are just fresh fruit and veg as I’ve always got pasta, couscous and rice etc 🥰 I hope you’re having a great day Karol 💕

Yesss I have tried it and it ranked fairly well on the leaderboard. I must say though, banoffee cake isn’t my favourite so I had low expectations but the bar did exceed those!! I’m glad I’ve found a fellow Nakd bar lover though 😆💕

Yes!! I usually do - they had just run out in Poundland annoyingly and needed them badly but you’re right, it does make a difference xx

Wow do you have Carmencita Paella spices? Cool! I have the same! And i agree with Nicole, matcha tastes like grass...i found very dificult to have my matcha in a tea ceremony in Japan...i swallowed it like a turkey in order to not ofend them. Ok repeat after me: PA-E-LLA....would be..pah-hey(without the H)-ja(yes in german) =^.^=

Yesss I ordered them off amazon because my friend said they were the best and I trust her opinion! I promise if you try the T2 matcha it will completely change your opinion on it! It’s incredible😍 haha I’m so sorry!! My Spanish friend told me about all the words that English people butcher including paella!! I shall remember from now on 💪🏼💕

Lidl and Aldi are the best for cheap shopping. It’s such a blessing that I have them near me. If I was to do my shop in Waitrose or Sainsbury’s it would probably be double!
