Rutgers Office of Disability Services directors Carlie Andrews and Bill Welsh forced me (an alumnus with AS) to give up my hard-earned graduate school spot to an undeserving rejected applicant, who graduate with MY degree in May 2018. When I brought awareness to this, they reported me to one of their several lawyers Julianne Apostolopoulos, who on their behalf made defamatory statements, and resorted to character assassination. They, along with the co-perpetrators: university president Robert Barchi, Director of the Adult and Continuing Education department at Rutgers Graduate School of Education Alisa Belzer, and ombudsperson Sybil James were never heavily penalized. In fact, the government deemed me as the one at fault, even though they are the ones who broke the law by violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. As long Carlie Andrews, Bill Welsh, Julianne Apostolopoulos, Robert Barchi, Alisa Belzer, and Sybil James are still employed, more innocent disabled are going to be exploited and have their pockets emptied.
