I love how the mom in the first one didn’t judge her when she found out she had an imaginary friend and even cared enough to adopt Lia because she understands and knows that Amber loves her because for one she didn’t have any friends and 2. That was probably the only way for her to be able to fully cope with everything she had been through

Poor girl. I was her when I was younger in Uruguay. People would throw rocks at me and tell me I’m unlovable and that I will never find someone who likes me or wants to be my friend. It would break my heart and every day I’d come home in tears 💔

I really enjoy how even the boy was super happy when he found out his mom adopted Amber because it shows the bond they was able to build over however many months it was and he probably already saw her as his sister and was excited that she actually did end up becoming his sister and lets not forget his other sister Lia im sure he loves them both 😊

I have a history of running away too. Mine was from abusive group homes. Getting picked on by boys. Sleeping under a bridge for a night, scary moment. Lia is adorable just like my doll Rebecca.
