i like how transparent and realistic when ameera talk about body shaming/ positivity. she put a great example of it. she started going to the gym to lose weight, but now she's going to the gym to KEEP it and not to lose it 🥺

Saw a comment that says Amelia seems quite uptight in this interview. Perhaps it’s because LMK is so soft spoken and also the age gap, so Amelia tried her best to be more cautious with her choice of words. In my opinion la. Nonetheless, they both did great & I enjoyed this episode so much🥰
