As a prior store manager, you should build your break room (for coffee & snacks) in that back backroom after the packing area thats before your photo shoot area. Leave the entire dock area for all deliveries (based on your growth you will continue to need that area) plus dock areas get very dirty and you wouldn't want anything consumable for your staff where it's constantly dirty and dusty. As a small business owner that have done this journey myself the last 3 years i can say one of my biggest regrets is not getting pallet racking and a forklift/ pallet lifter earlier in my business. I recommend the same here to you. Getting some racking Where you recieve inbound deliverys for storage. Our current warehouse is almost the same size as yours and i did the mistake of buying 180 shelfs same model as in the video instead of buying one section of 29 space for pallet racking !

WOW! So impressive, you're definitely an inspiration. You asked for suggestions pertaining to the couch idea, I think a sitting/lounge area in that empty loading dock corner would be fun (while your family drink their coffee and eat those snacks). Another option (since weather might be an issue) is the entrance area of your photo shop.
