the dtiys drama is so strange to me? this is the first i've heard of it since on the platforms i'm on, it's drawing the character in the same pose / place etc. ^_^ most people i know have no problem getting fanart of their characters, so long as the person isn't saying they designed them, and i think the dtiys could b sold as long as the original artist is oki with it :]

I think it's should be okay to sell DTIYS but I think people should ask the creator first because there could be a chance that the creator not comfortable or maybe want's a certain condition.

i think it would be ok to sell dtiys if you ask for permission first.. other artist sell commission work by putting in their terms that they have the rights to reproduce any commissions they take and sell it as prints etc... and dtiys honestly feels like commission work thats free lol cause your drawing someones characters.. except in this case you should ask permission from the creator if you have other intents for their dtiys
