Just when I thought it truly couldn't get any better 💖😭 I AM BLOWN AWAY! The support has been amazing and I'm so grateful that I get to share this experience with you - thanks to you! In this vlog we see TWO crazy shop updates, lots of order packing, sweaters, ASMR, new products, wholesale orders and a whole lotta business behind the scenes in my small stationery and sweater shop! The notepad printer expects you to sell them as seconds, yet they sold them to you at full price. 😑

RIGHT!? They reprinted the entire batch in the end and used thicker paper, brighter inks etc. No idea why they changed the quality as well but they're SO GOOD now and I'm grateful but I forgot to film that 🤣

I can't believe how much extra the postage cost by adding one teabag!? 😮 such a shame as it's a lovely idea! I'm in wales too

I KNOW! It’s because it went from Letter to Large Letter and the cost of that is double to the US! Not so bad for one letter but it hurt my wallet for a large batch 😂 you live and you learn eh! Xxx

i get that the company doesn't wanna reprint the pads but if they chack in on orders during printing they would have spotted it.. find it kinda rude they ask you to just sell it for less since it's an issue for them even it's their fault. if it was a TV with dead LEDs you wouldn't sell it?

Exactly!! In the end they reprinted the entire order for me and the pads were even better quality! The paper was thicker and the colours brighter. I have no idea what they did but I have a bunch of amazing desk pads now and a bunch of seconds 🤣 xxx

So when you don’t make the month design - do you refund everyone’s patreon contribution for that month? I haven’t become a Patreon because I’ve heard this from more than one vlog - and it seems like you all are not following through with your terms of the deal - or is it just me?

Good question! I’ve never missed a goodie box or anything that my Patreons have signed up for 💖 If I was to cancel the goodie boxes for one month, I’d give my Patreons in that tier a heads up so they can cancel or downgrade their pledge for a month. So far, it hasn’t had to happen yet 😁 xxx
