@Squidward Tentacles as a law student, I’m not defending Soojin or anything because I don’t know exactly what happen between them but the result said A is not guilty right? Not guilty means there is lack of evidence to prove he/she is guilty of something. I also know that SK follows the innocent till proven guilty system. So I would wait for more actual evidence before siding. I’m not trying to convince if you already made up your mind but there is seems to be a misconception on how the not guilty works. Just because A is not guilty, its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either. So lets say A murdered B but the court rules that A is not guilty due to a lack of evidence. Its doesn’t mean A is completely innocent either. For all we know A could have killed B then destroy the evidence(s) to prove A was the one who killed B. From what I see Neither side can prove who is or is not the bully. All we have is their statements nothing more which explains the court decision because neither can prove this or that side is lying. And I agree with the court decision how are u gonna find evidences years and possibly decades after what did/did not happen? I’m just saying as a someone who has understanding of law. So don’t accuse me of siding with this or that person.

She is not part of the group now but she's still in their agency. It's either they'll debut her as a solo artist or add her back to (G)-IDLE once knetz stop hating on her cause literally the accusations are proven false, but they can't stand her anymore which is weird of them. After a year, Cube disconnected from Soojin. All we have is a confusing statement and an open individual interpretation. The police dident determine guilt or innocence, that's not their job. They just try to determined facts. This is a case of she said, she said. 2 people with differing version of events. The police probably determined that there was no way to ascertain what actually happened since it was so long ago, so they couldn't press charges. Doesn't mean one party is innocent or guilty. ´ Cube's statement, if it is being accurately translated, is crap! in outher contrys, she could sue Cube for defamation, but *laws in Korea are designed to protect corporations, not people.*

@@user-qx3oy7po5i This sentiment is shared by many people. The cube spent all this time, pretending they were taking the process to series, "fighting" for their artist. This is a dead end, Soojin has a target on his forehead. The least we expected was for the company to take the case to court, but no, they just gave up and handed over what they had (ie nothing).

Real nevies want that but the problem is that knetizens are very toxic and Korean society in general are very double standards
