Yeah but my fam isn't okay with it. I wish I didn't tell them they are treating me like I am dumb and this dream to move there is a joke. I asked my sis why she cares and she said. "I care because my white sister wants to move to Asia. They don't like Americans." They don't believe in me so now I have a streak of studying Korean for 2 hours a day everyday and I will work until I complete my goals. ( also good luck on your studies! :) )

I'm studying Korean for a year now It depends on which particles you're talking about If it's 은/는, 이/가 and 을/를 I can give you some tips 은/는 is added to the main topic of the conversation, or a common fact (if this looks confusing you can say it mean "as for [object ]) For instance, if you say 강아지는 귀여워요 it implies that Dogs are cute or the dog in question is cute (it also implies you're going to keep talking about dogs, such as why they're cute or etc) 이/가 is almost the same thing but it's used to mark subjects in a sentence that aren't the main topic, so when you add it to a word the main topic won't change and you can use this for small basic sentences 강아지가 귀여워 implies that a dog is cute and nothing else, just a basic sentence (it also implies that the object is doing the action. So the dog is doing cute) 을/를 is used to mark objects and its the opposite of 이/가, in general its used to mark the objects that suffer the action For instance 저는 아이스크림을 먹어요 (I eat ice cream, ice cream is the object that suffers the action [먹다 to eat] To summarize 은/는 the main topic and the most important thing in a sentence 이/가 a common subject, person in a sentence but not the main topic 을/를 a common object that suffers the action from the verb by the subject (이/가) Sorry if this is too long 😅 If it's still confusing you can ask me about it 화이팅 💪

Germany, Austria or Switzerland probably. One of the books she used was one I used way back when I was a beginner without any knowledge of Korean. And that's why I recognized it. It's called "Verliebt in Korea" and it's a comic for language learning + basic grammar. Tho she could also just be fluent in German and use it for that reason.
