I have generalized anxiety disorder and I'm at the end of the semester at the university, that is, during this period, I live in a giant anxiety peak that interferes a lot with my studies. My mind is easily distracted, worries are a thousand in my head and I can't study properly. Your videos have helped me immensely! Thank you for all the work, you have changed lives.
