i feel like a failure for some reason... im having sucha bad anxiety attack...keep tearing up and calming down...lol.. having one of those infamous moments where I want to delete every account on social media and disappear... this place is comforting...first time in 3 hours im being honest with myself and before i knew i was typing and crying here. thank you james for being dedicated to your studies and motivating others. I dont know how you do it.

just do it. deleting my social media accounts was the best decision i've ever made. my anxiety about my body and appearance reduced incredibly ever since i did it.

@@beril9539 I did delete everything. I only have IG which I hardly use. and a blog that I write on to keep myself sane. but i dont know that night was really bad for me. Im just not in a good place right now.

@mika I have never seen a filter this accurately emulate what an old digital camera looks like, I find it unlikely its a filter, especially with how authentic James is to old hardware
