noona~aside from reading, another quick and fun way of learning english would be to watch everything with english subtitles on. growing up, I had a bit of a hearing problem so I always preferred watching EVERYTHING with english subtitles on (yes, even movies and other content made in my native language) and I always took notes of and later researched all the unfamiliar words I encountered. I find that this technique is the probably one of the best and easiest method to learning a new language. I would even argue that this method can be substituted for constant conversations with a native speaker because movies can also help you with tone, inflection, etc. in the most casual way possible. hope this helps, noona🫰🏼🥰hwaiting!!!

And for academic writing, I think The Learning Network by the NYT is great too! Longreads is another alternative. Electric lit might be interesting too. (Just throwing out suggestions in case wonderful Miss Deemd ever finds them useful!)
