Hey kanishka! Fellow 12th grader here, I know taking all nighters is such a tempting thing during exams and since you're not a night owl, your body NEEDS to stay loyal to your cicardian rhythm. Instead try sleeping a bit earlier, getting sleep in the multiples of 1.5 hours and then waking up nearly to study :) all nighters have proved a lot to be defective to both short term and long term health problems. Good luck for your exam! This is just a suggestion of course :)

Exactly! Raat ko late jagna is not good for health. Please try to sleep early and you can study by waking up early in morning 4:00 am. That will be more effective.😊

Atleast you guys have a whole night along with mobile to study for the next exam.. But I being a navodayan have 2 UTs a day, no gadgets nothing and just 4 hr gap between two consecutive exams.

There are some in-depth knowledge to know for competitive exams and coachings provide the support needed whereas school only prepares for the specific year or for boards And of course both of them would teach in a different order for chapters And me personally would depend more on coaching than school
