In that case marry a working woman who can maintain herself, who files income tax on her personal income every year. Or pays property tax on her own name. In this case u need not pay any alimony.

Sc dicission is respected but when a woman want to divorce her husband forcefully or for the reason his husband can't bear her desires. Then what shall SC's decision then..I think this law should be implemented for that woman who is divorced by her husband not by her. Other wise this law would be missused.

Sc has made alimony fundamental right so tribals will have to follow. + Tribals are not a religious group so their personal laws should be defined in Hindu personal laws.

The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 को १ जुलाई २०२४ से समाप्त कर दिया गया है। उस की जगह भारतीय नागरिक संरक्षण संहिता, २०२३ लागू की है। CrPC के १२५ धारा में जो प्रावधान था, वह प्रावधान नये कानून में किसी धारा में है। अगर यह किसी को ज्ञात है, तो जानकारी दें।
