​​@@ravipatil2724if someone occupies land the real owner will not sit. He will move to court. And in that case it will not be considered as undisturbed possession. This was made to protect real owners from stupid relatives who would claim that the land belongs to them. Esp after the head of the family passes away. Tau, Chacha and bua move to court for malicious motives.

Adverse Possession is stupid law. if owner rent his apartment to a family and allowed them to live peaceful more than 12 years then that family becomes the owner of that apparent. its better to not rent your property to anyone.

Rent agreement should be prepared for that. Read all conditions of this law first its not easy to prove possession.

Why make complex law... It should be as simple as that..if i have the legal document of the possession of the house as the owner then it is my property even after 5 10 12 20 years and if i come then just 3 months notice and the tenant has to move out or there should be case of tresspassing an dillegal occupancy for the tennant. In current scenario as the eviction is civil innaturr so trnnat just sits on property and police does nothing and court proceedings take eternity....

Adverse possession can be claimed if the owner has not interrupted or made claims on the property. Merely proving possession of the property for 12 years doesn’t work.

Agar rent agreement June 2012 me bana vo bhi 11 months ka or rent agreement kabhi revise nahi hua to possession date june 2012 se calculate hogi ya 11 months baad? Or kya 2024 June me aap adverse possession file kar sakte ho?

The 12 year stay has to be undisturbed which means basically without any objection from the owner. In case an owner objects to the stay say after 5 years then the plaintiff cannot claim adverse possession.

Even if u have rent agreement and your tenant just refuses to pay rent after 1 month... And even u have eviction notice ftom court.... Then still the owner cant do anything. And if tenant is a woman then forget your property, she will put harrassment claim just if u ask rent or ask her to leave.... 😂 Same is happeneing in Noida to one of family... 😂

सांसदों और जजों का धन्धा बेईमानी पर टिका हुआ है। ये एक ही थैली के चट्टे बट्टे हैं। ये लोग कानून में को न्यायपरक सुधार कभी नहीं करते। परन्तु ये बात भी सही है कि सरवाइवल औफ द फिटेस्ट के संग्राम में इनकी प्रजातियां कालांतर में विलुप्त हो जायेंगी।

Bullshit.. Lawmakers r themselves criminals encouraging dacoits of adverse possession. This law should be put in the drain or adverse possession should be filed against courts property.. Is this dharma Is it propriety. .

Govt registry ke paise leti hai..khasra wagera...wo ek legal work hai ..phir bhi 12 saal ka possession....owner ne galti kardi rent wagera main de kar...

@@ratuladmane6974 ho sakta h bhai.... Pr hume to itna pta h...jab kabza bol rahe h then there is no point ki 12 saal ho ya 25 saal! Owner should be real owner...what is the point of proving! & the Court itself is proceeding ahead even after knowing that the property is illegally occupied

Supreme😂court khali naam ka rah gaya hai tum to 12 saal ki pahle ki baate lekin lekin yaha to 40 saal purane ghare tode ja rah hai registration rahne ke baad jab registration tha to tum kaise gharo pe bulldozer chala sakte ho aur mai 12 saal se samjo mere pass paise nahi tha esliye maine registration nahi kiya lekin 100 rupees ke stamp pepper pe agreement banaya to kya agreement pepar ki bhi khus nahi rah gaya lagta hai aap to aysa baate bata rahe hai aur yaha to supreme court ka order bhi nahi aaya usse pahle babhut sare Pradesh mai mahanagar palika wale pahle hi gharo pe aur dukano pe karwai kar dete hai to madam aap batawo ki cm Pradesh ka bada ki supreme court india ka bada ki pradesho ki mahanagar palika badi cm aur nete logo ka dabaw fir mahanager palika aur supreme court ka ordar todane ka order aaya bhi nahi usse pahle bulldozer chal jata hai

Why such bogus law.. unless land owner gives on document he has given this land to someone why other person can claim the land even after possessing the land for 12 years .. court wants to earn meoney in form of fees and let the politicians and real estate mafiya to posses other peoples land .. pretty simple .. common man should fight to amend this bogus law ..
