Dumb folks act on impulse more than most. If you can take a look into the field of jobs you'd see most upper management are worse at their jobs than the lower paid employees would be. Same goes with comedians. I blame it on this society not being ideal enough to join so most people just go stagnant

Best advice if you’re trying to lean out your frame would be calisthenics brother. Grab a weighted vest, a weighted jump rope, and hit squats/lunges/push-ups/pull-ups all day. add in a morning & night time walk and you’re golden
