We all encounter impermanence and recognize groundlessness in our daily life experience. Living without expectations helps prepare us for death and the bardo or transition experience. Appreciation of death, coupled with the understanding of the relative phenomena of the world being without essence, gives us courage in the prospect of death and the luminous threshold for enlightenment. In this talk, Lama Glenn kindly shares his wisdom for death, bardo and beyond.
