Beautiful place... but as crime escalates, concern for safety and security is a huge factor. Perhaps swapping out all the vulnerable glass with bullet proof glass and/or installing reinforced remote controlled hidden metal shutters should be a requirement for new homebuilders!

Lol the thing is here in Texas we have black dirt in certain areas of the State on top of drought conditions which means soil moves if you want a basement stay up North

It however a full custom build so there isn’t a link to this specific house, but I can direct you if you can share a little more about what you’d like to do. 👍

Hey there, thanks for the comment. Actually not. This is a full custom model. There is no plan name. But i can connect you with any of the crew there to help you get started if you'd like to know more. They can begin a build for you at about $220 per sqft. Hey there, this model is priced close to $3.5M because of the pool and all of the custom finishes, but it won’t be on the market for some time. This one doesn’t even have a plan name. But there are similar homes by Grand Endeavor in this community that are pre-made plans but can be customized and are priced much more competitively. Is there something specific you’re looking for?
