hi there its a great video but it would be better if we could know the land area and the built up area of the entire home? that would give us a better sense of how big a home we are looking at . thanks.

* WoW!!!...It sure looks as if someone truly knows what their doing here. DAMN!!!...This is a home that will for sure make one wake up and stair into the distance knowing that when they pull out either to work or to shop when they come back home they will know that (EVERYONE) will be watching them and wishing that they were (THEM!!!). But I will say that while viewing this video I was saying to myself that if they only had an elevator and 2 seconds later (BAM!!!) there's the elevator now we're talking you see this home isn't super large and yet its not super small. It's like (GOLDY LOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS) not to hot and not to cold..........(just right).........(WAY TO GO VANCOUVER YOUR DOING RIGHT).

If you were a family doctor you could afford a probably at the most a million dollar mortgage so your likely really raking it in to buy something like that. Plastic surgeon salary probably wouldn't cover it either..so like your selling electronics in large amounts or something...are you moving from China or something with alot of money? it would have to be a large amount of sales of something..I shouldn't look at these, I can't afford anything. Im just staying put.

🤣 what the heck is up with the exposed Tyvek house wrap... seriously?! How pathetic...Very unprofessional. Moreover, how disappointing that the builder is using Tyvek instead of something like Zip for the WRB. Hate to be that future homeowner!
