Arshi Kaur lol it’s actually not that bad, my mom placed the Bobby pins where it doesn’t hurt to lay on them. Especially if you have pretty thick hair it shouldn’t really hurt at all. Like I said it was never pin straight, it was fairly straight the only texture I would get was from the crease of the Bobby pins.

You actually need to tie a scarf real tight around your head to sleep in with it pinned. It actually does work

Try putting almost 20 pins in your hair for 2 HOURS, Thats what i have to go through in ballet but it dosent bother me (and i dont think you would die)
