brand new roof, brand new windows, most stones new, several new bathrooms... there is also a separate house in the field above the Château and a tree field in front of the Château... and so on... 35000 hours of work done to renovate the place ! Absolutely ready to move in. A real dream at a more than affordable price considering the level of renovation done & all the included features.

C'est un très beau château qui fait penser aux château de la Loire en plus petit, avec une très belle piscine. A l’intérieur, il y a de très belles pièces. Mais cette région de France, il faut le savoir, n'a rien de génial Merci pour cette vidéo

I've heard people are interested and it had several visits. I personnally love that château, one of my favorite place in France so far... Cyril photographer, who wishes he could buy it ! 😁

Yes, it's the nicest I have seen on your channel so far. I imagine the upkeep would be a killer, though, especially the heat. The place will probably stay on the market for a year and sell for about 850K, but who knows?..It might sell tomorrow for the asking price.

@@paulparoma the heating is not a problem : brand new double glased Windows and the roof is also brand new and isolated and the heating system is also new. Dont Forget that the area is also never too cold. I have a 17th century house of 450sqm and it does not cost more than an apartment to heat. Cyril - Leggett photographer
