This is an impressive house with extensive, well-tended grounds. The ground floor living space is large and flows well. There is only one full bath, so a buyer might choose to sacrifice the smallest bedroom to create an ensuite.

Nice property but needs complete refurbishment so dated .Kitchen and bathroom and all internal doors in the UK would be classed as a 1980s could be made nice with a large financial refurbishment....

Everything is so beautiful, smart and functional! I could see my 10 (ex-stray) dogs running around happily. Hold on , somebody is at the door....oh, it's just real life giving me a big slap in the face and telling me how this idyllic vision would remain only a dream as our life savings are nowhere near the asking price. This is life I guess...

I'd have to spend a lot re-decorating. It's rather inconsistent in style. Huge, though! I'd never have expected it to have three sizable bedrooms upstairs, plus that sun room below. This is the second video I've watched of these French country homes. They'd cost four times that here in Southern California, and here they're not built as well!

@@Pomelu my translation was certainly not good. Taxe d'habitation et taxe foncière sont deux impôts locaux qui servent notamment à financer les équipements et services des collectivités territoriales. France is certainly the most taxed country in the world.

Thanks for watching, there is a yearly residence tax taxe d’habitation and ownership tax taxe foncière to be paid, in some areas the residence tax is being eliminated for primary residences. There is no residence tax on this property but the ownership tax per year is about €1000 😃

If you are planning to have a second home in France there are two taxes: taxe foncière every home owner pays and taxe d’habitation for living in the house. If this house is your main house since you don’t have to pay the taxe d’habitation. The tv licence does not exist any longer. These two taxes very greatly according to the region, the commune, the city.
