This is a beautiful song about violence in a relationship. Aurora writes amazing songs on difficult and important issues (a response to male suicide statistics "The River", environmental damage "The Seed", dealing with emotions "Runaway" (which she wrote when she was just 11), "Winter Bird" and "Lucky", resisting society's pressures "Cure For Me", being true to yourself "Warrior" and many more).

So she’s self taught when it comes to singing and playing piano, and her family didn’t know about her talent until she was about 14. You really don’t know how close you were with your description of woods elf. Aurora spent her childhood in the forest around her home. Often got lost which caused her parents to install a bell to call her home. They taught her to navigate with the night stars to find her way. Completely unique and transparent human. Singer, songwriter, musician, philosopher. Does not suffer fools, and will often ignore them and often escapes into self during interviews where stupid questions are asked.

Aurora takes influence from musicians like Enya, Ane Brun, and Bjork. She doesn't have a song with Sia. She actually really dislikes pop music and doesn't want to be a mainstream artist. That said, she has covered some pop songs on a series called "Like a Version" where they are challenged to compose a cover of a song in a limited amount of time. She usually chooses pop songs because they are easy to deconstruct. She really is a forest nymph, though. She does an amazing concert in a forest on a series called "HAIK".

As a little girl she spent a lot of time in the forest with the animals day and night and has always been special. She’s a quirky fun/serious fairy angel. Maria with Heilung is a magician. That's when you realize again how generic most reactions are. There are 3 people sitting there and none of them deals with the content of the song. Which, by the way, is the essence of Aurora's music. The story she tells. The lyrics show that the song is absolutely no fun. I mean, it's about domestic violence that goes so far that the man throws his wife out of the window. She hits the ground and bleeds to death. After that, she either comes back as a ghost and hunts him or it's his guilty conscience that won't let him sleep in his bed anymore. Because in this bed he sees her bleeding corpse in his nightmares. Don't know if it's party worthy. In any case, it's worth actually dealing with the lyrics. Especially with Aurora, who always has important things to tell. I think that might be more important than her look.
