These are absolutely gorgeous Claire! I love the ombre effect of the blues and it really does look like the transition from shallow water to deep ocean. I am a water baby as well. I love the beach and the ocean. Wish I could live there. 🌊🐚👍🏾❤️

I wish it would rain more here. It is so hot and dry that the grass is brown and stopped growing. Hitting 99f today and 101f (38.3c) tomorrow! 🥵🤬🥵 Yes, flip flops here in America. Wore them all summer as a kid. Those are beautiful, Claire. Sometimes less is more. So pretty. 🏖️⛱️🌊🐚

:groan! Yesss, we're dying, here, too! NO rain, in a major drought, daily temps over 100F, but feels like 106F - 110F, or higher. I'm just grateful we don't live in Arizona or Utah. UGH!

The crinkle effect is gorgeous! It's like the reverse of the plastic wrap effect and so shiny. Those blues are my favorite.

These are amazing!! I love the sparkle effect you added. You may want to try Temu for the shells-you’ll get a variety, but I got a lot of tiny ones like what you used.

These are really pretty! I'd probably be tempted to add more stuff to my ocean if I was doing this - like little fishes, or kelp. There seem to be small seashells on Temu, but I can'y vouch for the quality.

We call them flip flops in the US. Thongs are underwear with a very thin piece that doesn't even cover the buttocks. I'm making some resin ocean pieces in an oyster shells and added flip flops for that fun affect. Thanks for showing us this new mould.

😃🧐 Suggestions. 🐢🐙🦑🪼🦐🦞🦀🐡🐠🐟🐬🐳🐋🦈🦭🌴🏄🏼‍♀️🏄🏼🏄🏼‍♂️🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏻🏊🏼🏊🏼‍♂️🚣🏻‍♀️🚣🏻🚣🏼‍♂️ *Have you considered using less clear resin with the shells? Just enough to hold the shells in place, but deep enough so that you will have all the tops half of the shells showing through. *Also if you go to a sandy beach, you will see shells on the sand facing up, down or on their sides, so keeping them like that in projects to me, keeps them looking more natural in projects. * on the second layer, if you still have the bottom half/third free from resin, adding your sand/resin mixture on top of the shells, I think you would then have a more natural looking shell on sand look because, you would have the shells sitting directly on the sand & not have a thin layer of resin in between the shells & sand giving them a floating effect. * Have you considered on the second layer, after you have added the sand/resin mixture, doing a repeat of the top layer? Instead of a clear layer, adding another layer of the blue. Maybe a shade darker to give the ocean a little bit more depth. This could work well if you had a sea animal swimming deep down below.
