Magnificent property and location. I did chuckle when you described Stoney as a family Lake. Most Lakes are. What is special about Stoney is that is very much displaying wonderful rock formations, much like you get in the 30,000 islands. Also it is the Muskoka lake of the Kawarthas, meaning upscale cottages. Also, unlike the three multi millionaire lakes in Muskoka, it is connected to the Trent Severn waterway. From here you can literally travel by boat to Georgian Bay or south, all the way to Florida. You can go shopping by boat from your cottage to Lakefield if you choose. Stoney is a very special lake, and this is a very special property. Thank you for posting this.

I have watched this video 10 times. I know exactly where this property is. Great location, massive shoreline and reasonable acreage. The price is reasonable. 5 lots @ $1 million each. I have concerns about the water front which appears to be very weedy. Also that big center ceiling is a No, No. I had 2 houses like this. No one feels comfortable sitting in a Cathedral, let alone Air Conditioning or heating this space in Summer or Winter. The main floor den is spectacular. Is the vendor selling this property with furnishings and boats included? Kind regards From Toronto
