+WolfY_HUN. What illegality are you referring to? The theft of the keys or the tussle to recover them? The taking of the keys was theft, so I agree that is illegal. The assault to recover them was legal as UK law allows the use of reasonable force to stop a crime which is in progress. I'm not saying that everyone should be a have-a-go hero but sometimes you just have to act. Doing so is legal as long as you only use reasonable force.

Yeah and he diffused the situation well. More people need to know that as a biker when smting like this happens they get a big shot of adrenaline and they arent being A holes on purpose, its just that it was a dangerous situation and (most) bikers will tend to calm down if you keep calm too!

The guy at 5:30 handled that masterfully he kept calm apologized and explained in a calm tone not interrupting at all. Communication is absolutely key in these situations. You don’t defuse a bomb by getting angrier and angrier and ripping into it you calm yourself and collect your emotions to keep neutral and calm. Bravo to that man and the rider for taking a breath and realizing no harm done just a little shock and proceeding on with their day.

Abriah KZfaq you're right my usage was wrong, sometimes I get so wrapped up in a thought I become very forgetful, I appreciate it. I went ahead and corrected that. I learned a long time ago if you want to be taken seriously you need to act and speak like it. And Liana Smith, learning something every day no matter how small or large; is one of those things that just makes life great. Don't look too deep into things, try to take things for face value instead of trying to dig up whatever shreds of negativity you can find and latching onto them. Otherwise you're just gonna force conflict and drive yourself crazy.
