After defeating Naruto and Sasuke you can clearly see that Jigen become weak because Naruto and Sasuke made him weak so Jigen win that fight with extreme diff and that was when they don't have intel and preparation time to face him and we already know that Jigen body would had been completely broken if he didn't ended the fight plus Rods can't kill Naruto Jigen said that himself but it can kill Sasuke but during the fight vs Jigen.
