You dont need 7 figures to be comfortable. Its a lifestyle problem! Making 200,000 a year and still living check to check. Living above their means. Gotta have the biggest house, financing cars etc. Get a comfortable modest home, BUY your car and live. You can make 50,000 a year and still be saving 3,000 a month, if you live simple and comfortable. Not lavish! I appreciate what this brother does. Very informational!

Oprah could have donated .25% of her total wealth to the victims and they wouldn't have needed a dime for the next 6 months to a year. The Rocks net worth is 800 MILLION dollars and Oprah has amassed a cool 2.79 BILLION and they were gross enough to ask people who can't replace their dishwasher when it breaks. The elites knew if they actually helped then the people native to the island would be able to stay and rebuild. Hence the laughably unhelpful 700 of our money per household that was given to them. If you struggle to grasp how sleazy that move was then there's and a list of other things that happened there then there's no saving you or your invested in the topic somehow.

Some celebrities like to hear themselves talk and say they will endorse a candidate that will piss off possibly 50% of his fanbase and be utterly self-unaware of what they just did. I don't know if the Rock may not vote for Biden. Still, he would be ostracised if it came out he voted for or endorsed Trump; if anything, Kennedy could be a safe option to Biden, but that comes with controversy, too, since RFK Jr. is not exactly keen on the validity of the COVID-19 vaccine. Besides, most Americans see when a celebrity like The Rock endorsing a political candidate from a major party. It is usually seen with eye-rolling because they are literally billionaires with a lifestyle most Americans would only dream of living. They live in a different world, maybe a different planet than everyone else. The real-world issues do not affect them.

Dwayne Johnson didn’t say he wouldn’t vote for Democrats anymore. He said he wouldn’t endorse publicly a candidate… Meaning he probably doesn’t want to deal with the loss of business by the 50% of the population that would vote for the “other candidate”. He’s an opportunist and wants to make business with everyone and he found out that endorsing a candidate for President in the year 2016+ is a divisive thing to do so he won’t do it again. But it doesn’t mean he finally saw the light and would vote Republican… like many Hollywood persons, he will probably keep voting blue no matter who!

@@legion1630 I understand your thought process but I think the backlash is due to the fact that last election, he actually did broadcast his opinion. In fact, he broadcast it so much he endorsed someone. The fact he isn't saying his voting opinion this time comes off as disingenuous. He seems political more than anything. Whether or not he realized the country is incredibly divided, or whether or not he's lost business due to his endorsement, or whether or not he's still voting democrat isn't really known by the public. He probably should have said that endorsements aren't in his best interest and the politics backlash isn't for him and left it at that. The fact he's silent leaves a lot of assumptions. People's imaginations can run wild when they start assuming things. Also, to say, "It is my job then . . . to exercise my influence," is an interesting statement- who cares and if they do, why? The MAGA movement is very populist and there is an interesting backlash with celebrities who appear out of touch. Also, given the fact he spoke at the RNC years ago gives a lot of unanswered questions. Did he change views, and change again? A lot of people see him as a sellout and this interview in some perspectives doesn't help.
