Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

Hillbilly Funk, unbelievable! This song's got EVERYTHING, from T-Rex, 70's funk, 60's R&B, Chickin' pickin' and good ol' fashioned rockabilly. Oly Fuck! This band is tight.

Some people are born with music in their soul. Sturgill s one of those people. You can't "train" this kind of talent. It just exists. :-) Thanks to Stugill for sharing it with he world. He has great back up too. :-)

It’s an old groove that was released with multiple versions by different artists over the years. The pop song is called “Am I The Same Girl?” and the instrumental groove version is called “Soulful Strut.” Enjoy!

This was the greatest concert I have ever been to, I was so excited to see Dave and Tim, Willie Nelson; I had never really heard of Sturgill until I saw the lineup last spring. I started listening to his stuff and fell in love. 4 months later and I was more excited to see him live than I was for anyone else.

I'm not a regular concert goer. I was at this one. Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, in my opinion, surprised me as most memorable of all the performers. Off-the-charts energy and soulfulness all rolled into one.

And I knew it!! I was like listening to this, and I felt that this was the Nashville sound. Even if they were not playing at the Opry, I could still feel it. I've been in the Grand Ole Opry before and I just recognized that sound without looking at the video. Just highlights something special about the sound produced from that stage and how it's never unrecognizable, and how music like this should be displayed at the Opry.
