I lost a third of my left foot (where the toes were) due to diabetes... I can stand as long as I wear a standard shoe with an insert in the left foot, BUT since my balance is kind of screwed now, I can no longer ride a standard two-wheeler... I am thinking of purchasing a custom trike in the future, just to ride around in my golden years, yet I see no trikes at Sturgis now... I USED to see trikes back in the early 70s when I went there with my father... Are they not allowed anymore?

You don't have to be a biker to have fun in Sturgis and there is plenty of sight seeing such as Mount Rushmore, Devil's Tower and a lot more.
