I like the fact that you don’t tell us DONT!! Wear this don’t wear that as I’ve seen in some other channels. They seem to think that as soon as you hit a certain age you automatically have to stop wearing Jordan’s or have to start wearing suits. I say wear what you like wear what’s comfortable for you and be happy. But I definitely always take advice from you, thanks for the vids💪🏽
@user-li6ns2lk3zАй бұрын
dont confused comfortable with streetstyle cause not all of them are comfortable and its not like clothes and shoes are forcing you to match your age. but it shows your maturity in perspective of reality in life. if you are in 40s wearing streetstyle acting like 14 to 17yrs old then you definitely have a problem. if youre trying to impress anyone or wanted to look good with jordans or any street style its the same priniciple applied. what i mean is theres a lot of people viewed a person or a man that is well dressed if theyre wearing non streetstyle clothes or shoes. i guess people like you often mistakenly think that streetstyle is well dressed. thats why it is called streetstyle. its a lousy,messy,sedentary informal style. my point is if you are 40 still act and style like "streets" then nobody would see you as matured and reliable man. those traits i said are certainly more attractive to women. women doesnt like immature 30 to 40yr man. on the other point streetstyle can look good too but you have to match it with great hygiene. hair cut,facial haircut,no bad breath and no body odors. sometimes i still go with streetstyle but thats if im gonna go grocery or going to place where im going to get dirty not to show my style.in fact a clean white simple shoes look better and would make you look better than jordans or any hype sneakers. style of clothing you wear does match or reflect who you are. if you wanna be viewed as good looking, matured,reliable,clean, and professional man then you shouldnt wear streetstyle. thats the moral of it

@@user-li6ns2lk3z I agree with you 100% nobody should be in their 40’s busting a sag or wearing their hats backwards or to the side. I think dabbling with new styles is essential, and having a little bit of everything in your closet is good. And I'm excited to see the different styles in this vid. Trying new things can be risky as some things may work or may not, but that's the fun of it. I remember the tapered jeans was the thing here before and i tapered all my jeans just like you lol. And also the mention near the end about finding a different style of shoe that isn't always the focus, but a complement to the outfit. As I've grown with your channel and have been influenced with your tips, it's cool to see that my mentality has lined up with yours. I also recall in an older vid you mentioned that as we get older does that mean we need to change our style and can't wear our older stuff. Yes and no, I think the times and situations change and you dress for the ocassion. I think incorporating new items out of your comfort zone keeps pushing your imagination and is just overall fun :). Awesome vid, Eddie!

I'm older and I've come to have my own style. I don't go year by year with trends. When u get older u develop ur own style. I'm 40 and wear mostly skinny and tight jeans. I had enough of the baggy stuff back in late 90s and early 2000s and I hated that baggy faze. So glad it left and now it's back. Just looks so messy and kid like. Plus I hated the fact that my pants always bleed on my shoes as they hung over them. With skinny n tight stuff I don't have to worry no more. Now I don't wear skin skin tight but it is skinnier stuff.. I pay too much for sneakers to have my jeans bleed all over them. So like I said as u get older u start to develop ur own style and then u don't feel the pressure to change every year with the fad
