Just an FYI, we state a 4 hour run-time on the tools. When the vector motor is used for cutting a lot of heavy bulk, it uses a significant amount of power to rev up the motor automatically. Its like giving the car more gas. The more you slam the pedal, the more gas you use. Its the same idea. When the motor feels resistance and revs up, its going to drain the battery faster. Just keep that in mind when using your Instincts. That is all, carry on brotha! Keep up the great work!

Before the Instinct dropped, what was or is your go-to clipper/trimmer and blades?

Saber Trimmer for sure and before that the Gold FX

I use the Oster Fast feed a lot so id say the gold fX and the oster fast feeds were my go to

Does it come with the stretch bracket with Andis holes?

Good question I don’t believe so fam I’m sure Philthy blendz has a combo on the way though

It does come with a stretch bracket. But you still might need a Philthy mod to make sure theres no rattle

Regarding the clipper, do you find the gold faper blade heating up quickly? I've been seeing this feedback on quite a few YT videos. If it does heat up quickly, I also have heard that swapping with the black faper helps a lot.

Hey Brandon yes you’re right, I’ve had the same issue. Truth is, the vector motor is very powerful and it heats the machine up fast and also drains the battery. I ended up swapping my blade out for an Andis master blade. The black blade does take a little longer to heat up though so that should help for sure.

Oh nice! mine came with the gold blade. They must have changed some things up. Well problem solved, let me know how it works family you're gonna love the clipper, its smaller than I thought but its powerful.

@Dudecancut I think the trimmers are so wide cause of the vector motor don't think stylecraft can get around that , also motor power means more sound just like a v-8 engine

@@DudeCanCutTV Yea, the saber trimmer runs at 7500 RPMs versus the Instincts at 11,500 RPMs. So that speed difference right there is why the INstincts are louder. But like you said, when the Instincts feel resistance they ramp up. So great power for the thicker hair but yes they will be louder. Awesome, honest review!

Had this clipper for 3 weeks before it stopped working stylecraft customer services are the worst completely ignored me, why you promoting this bad product

I’m sorry you’ve experienced that, mine has been working fine. As far as me “promoting” I’m just giving my opinion on what I think about this tool, I don’t work for style craft or anything like that. But unfortunately with cordless tools they do go bad sometimes I’ve had a lot go bad over the years you should have a manufacturer warranty though.
