As someone whose parents divorced when I was 2, I'm grateful all the time that they didn't stay in an unhappy marriage just for the sake of "staying together for the kids." You're not only doing right by you, but you're doing right by Aiden, who will adjust to this like we all do. You and your son both deserve happiness, and sometimes that means having parents who aren't together (but are happier for it).

My daughter's father's a great guy, but a lot of "friends" disappeared since the baby was born... and when I was pregnant they were like "oh, we're going to be visiting every week", but in 1 year and a half... not once. Hey Suzy. I started following you when you uploaded the Park Bom make up tutorial so it's been a few years now. I kind of sensed the break up a while ago when you uploaded a video (I think it was a vlog) and you were saying how physically tired you were feeling and mentioned like Tommy and you were having a hard time adapting to the new routine and were arguing a lot. We live in the 21st century and I know for some cultures like Asian and in my case Eastern European you grow up with a mentality of you get maried and you have kids and that's it, but really what's important is your happiness and your child's happiness. I've been following you for a while now, from you being pregnant to giving birth to Aiden, and now? Now you're a strong independent woman who doesn't need a man who don't deserve you. Keep hustling, keep it positive and work hard for your baby boy. I know a situation can seem so bad to make the positive things unthinkable, but at the end, is what you want that matters. I need to be honest, I'm happy for you, happy that you got out of a critical situation for Aiden's future and yours too.
