"1990-s witch" outfit, - yes, please! That was the golden time of witch movies, - not even mentioning the sultry 1990-s fashion, - often with dark undertone. Remeber "Charmed" from 1998? What a style those girls had! Then, of course, there was much lighter&happier "Sabrina" (1996-2003), and a very sweet&elegant "Bewitched" (2005). Those were the days!

omg yes! i would love to see bike babe fits. and when i read rock angel i instantly got so many rock angel/angel rhinestone with wings tank tops flashbacks. also i remember loving lace up jeans/pants with a bohemian touch. oooh or now im thinking of shakira in the whenever whenever mv, or christina aquilera. would love to see modern high waisted versions of lace up pants. i had a pair of flared jeans that had suede lace up on the side of the bottom flared part.

It's so funny to me that the "sweater around the waist" thing now feels "dated" and "'90s" to people. 'Cause, for me, it just reads high school! 😆Granted, I did go to high school in the 2000s but, I definitely didn't tie my jacket/sweater around my waist to be stylish. I just grew up in Southern California where it's often freezing cold in the morning, blazing hot in the afternoon, and teachers always have the air conditioning cranked up way too high. (Plus, a lot of SoCal schools have open campuses, so the "hallways" and "lunch rooms" are all outside). So, as a teen going between classrooms, I was always taking layers on and off. The tying it at the waist was purely utilitarian. Just a way to avoid carrying it (and occasionally giving myself something to sit on in the grass for lunch). Pretty sure the trend started with SoCal teen skateboarders, who probably originally started doing it for similar reasons. So, although it's not "trendy" anymore in other states or countries, willing to bet you'll still catch Orange County middle school & high school kids tying jackets at their waist between classes. 😉😆 (I literally never did it again after high school since you don't really face that same scenario of constantly walking outside and inside into different rooms from early morning to afternoon without a significant break any other time in your life).

@@lisaalinaaa7765 literally, particularly goinn for a walk somewhere and the breeze is changing and your bag never fits your jacket. I now always have a really light lavender cardigan I can scrunch up in my big black circle crossbody. I love that bag purely because I can fit that cardigan in it, my wallet and yesterday I also could shove a T-shirt I bought in it. Anything to not ruin the outfit lmfao

I feel like places where the weather/temperature can change drastically throughout the day still do this, like for me in vancouver where it can be pouring rain when you wake up but by the time you get to where you need to be it’s cleared up and your coat isn’t really required anymore. Just practical!

The way u completely revamped that stormi look was so cool! Just an idea but for the sleeves instead of tying them in the back on the outside u could have pulled them towards the inside of the dress like fake pockets and tucked them inside… but still amazed by ur ability to make anything look cool!! This might be one of my favourite videos you've done so far! I have so much nostalgia for 90s and early 00s witch and vampire movies/shows and so much of my early teen style was heavily influenced by them. Would love to see a whole Buffy video too! Also for another anime video I feel like Cardcaptor Sakura would be fun since she has sooooo many outfits, I'd love to see wearable interpretations of the ones made for Sakura by Tomoyo~

Icy and the Trix are badass ladies of style. One word of note that deserves to be mentioned is the Trix use make-up as of form of war paint. It makes sense from a psychological perspective as a way to intimidate their opponents. The dark colors add the high octane edge.
