Is it bad that I'm 18 years old and planning on binge watching all the barbie movies for the 4th time once my exams are over? :') Edit: 3 years later and I'm now 21. I just found this video again and read all these comments. I love y'all!! These movies got me through university and I rewatch all my favorite ones at least twice a year

In my Choir class in school my teacher does something called "Feature Friday" where you can perform for the class. I'm planning on singing this song (or another AWESOME Barbie song) and tell them only at the end it was a Barbie song.

this literally had me in tears. when you're growing up and had to move out, be independent with the whole world in front of you, it's kinda overwhelming. no hot meals from mom in the mornings, no friends to rely on, you're just alone, but you know it is needed to do. it gets lonely, but we gotta go on. :)

I remember 6yr old me watching this movie with tears in my eyes. I could be overthinking but I just though about one thing, we know they where looking for a castle but I have a feeling that it was so much more than that. By sticking together and staying strong they would find their happiness. Now when I look back I’m pretty sure this movie was the one one who teached, moved and affected me the most. I think I just learned what friendship and trust was. And how important it is to help and stick together with the people you care and love the most. I also think this song could simply be described with the word "hope" cause they said ”we’re gonna find” ( the castle - the happiness ) and everything will be okay at the end.

my sister and i used to watch this movie ALL the time when hurricane ike hit our house, it was the only movie we wanted to watch at the time. we’d either play it on our parents’ tv, in little tv screens in the car, or on a portable dvd player in case the lights went out. we drove our parents crazy by reciting the movie line by line and singing the songs at the top of our lungs, but we didn’t care! she was the liana to my alexa!

I'm the oldest person in the comments. Other people around my age of 42 must be afraid to say how much they still like and love Barbie movies and Barbie dolls. I loved them then and I love them now,I'm talking about the dolls right there.

I'm 16 and my favourite barbie movies are Diamond Castle, Mermaid Tale, Mermaid tale 2, The 3 Musketeers but honestly I love all the old ones. The new ones aren't as good as the old ones - they've made it all about fashion and modern stuff whereas the old ones were about magic and friendship and believing in yourself. None of my friends understand how good barbie is! I still listen to all the songs and sing along to them all!!
