NEW WORKING TIME INDICATOR
Do you know how long you can handle a chemical anchor once it has been applied?
Adding a new formula to the MO-PS+ makes it possible for the mortar to change colour
after being applied once the curing process begins, indicating that it can no longer be
handled.
How long you can handle a chemical anchor?
The new technology incorporated into the MO-PS+ chemical anchor provides a visual
indication of when the product can or cannot be handled
1st Application
Once the material has been drilled and any debris cleaned away, insert the chemical
anchor. If the material is hollow, like brick, it must be installed with a screen.
See the handling and curing times on the product label
Handling time
While the MO-PS+ is blue, the rod can be handled to be set into place correctly.
Curing time
When the colour is completely grey, it can no longer be handled.
Apply load
After this time has passed, the load may be applied.
